This privacy policy applies to the LiFePO4 QR iOS application (hereinafter: "Application") created by iLX RootNET Kft. (hereinafter: "Developer", "We").

The protection of your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This application was designed to handle the least possible amount of data, and it does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any external servers.

1. What data does the Application handle?

The purpose of the Application is to scan and organize the technical data of LiFePO4 battery cells. The Application exclusively handles this technical, battery-related data.

The Application does not request, collect, or access your personal data, such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Geographical location (GPS data)
• Device identifiers or analytics data

2. Where do we store the data? (Local storage and CloudKit)

The scanned LiFePO4 battery data is stored exclusively in the following two ways:

• Locally, on your device: The data is primarily saved in the internal memory of your iPhone/iPad device.
• In your Apple iCloud account (CloudKit): Data synchronization and backup are performed via Apple's CloudKit service.

Important: When using CloudKit, the data is placed into your own, private iCloud account. The Developer has no access to this data in any form. 3. Sharing data with third parties

Since the Application does not collect personal data, we do not sell, trade, or share any personal information with third parties (e.g., advertisers, analytics companies). The only external service the Application communicates with is Apple's CloudKit system for the purpose of data synchronization.

4. Deleting data

Since all data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account, you have full control over them. You can delete the data at any time by:

• Removing the saved entries within the Application.
• Deleting the Application from your device.
• Deleting the Application's data in the iCloud storage management (Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage).

5. Children's Privacy

The Application does not target children under the age of 13 (or under the age of digital consent according to the laws of the given country), and does not knowingly collect any data from them.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of any changes, we will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the document.
